4 chicken breasts
8 slices of bacon
2tbsp olive oil
For the Buttered Spinach
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 bacon slices and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes until the bacon browns and chicken cooks within. Melt butter in a skillet and saute spinach and garlic until the leafs wilt. Remove from the oven serve with buttered spinach.
