Smoked Tempeh with Broccoli

Smoked Tempeh with Broccoli Fritters is best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 10 oz tempeh slices
  • 1 head broccoli grated
  • 8 oz halloumi cheese
  • 2 tbsps almond flower
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 1/4 oz butter

Directions:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, pepper & cayenne. Brush the tempeh slices with the mixture. Heat a grill pan and sear tempeh on both sides until golden grown.

Put broccoli in a bowl and grate halloumi cheese on top. Add eggs, almond flower, onion powder, salt & pepper. Mix and form 12 patties from the mixture. Melt butter in a skillet and fry the patties until golden brown. Plate the grilled tempeh with the broccoli fritters and serve.
