Tuna Stuffed Avocado

 
Tuna Stuffed Avocado Recipe is best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD 
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, halved and pitted
  • 4 oz Colby Jack, grated
  • 2 oz canned tuna, flaked
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup endive, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 360 F. Place avocado halves in an oven proof dish. In a bowl, mix Colby Jack cheese, chives, and tuna. Stuff the cheese tuna mixture in the avocado halves. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with endive.
