- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 4 oz Colby Jack, grated
- 2 oz canned tuna, flaked
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup endive, chopped
Preheat oven to 360 F. Place avocado halves in an oven proof dish. In a bowl, mix Colby Jack cheese, chives, and tuna. Stuff the cheese tuna mixture in the avocado halves. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with endive.
