Habanero Beef Cauliflower Pilaf

Habanero Beef Cauliflower Pilaf recipe best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD 


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 yellow union, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 habanero pepper, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 2 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp tomatoe paste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced


Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the beed until no longer brown, 8 minutes. Season with salt & pepper and psoon into a plate. In the same skillet, saute onion, garlic, and habanero pepper for 2 minutes. Mix in Italian seasoning, cauli rice, tomatoe paste, and broth. Season to taste and cook for 10 minutes. Mix in beef for 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve
