Canadian Pork Pie

Canadian Pork Pie recipe best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD 


  • 1 cup steamed cauliflower florets, chopped
  • 6 oz Canadian Bacon, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp xantham gum 
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarlella
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/3 cup pureed onion
  • 3/4 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk egg, butter almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and salt in a bowl. Make 2 balls out of the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground pork, Canadian Bacon, onion, and all spice for 5-6 minutes. Remove to a bowl and mix in cauliflower.

 Roll out the pie balls and place one at the bottom of a greased pie pan. Spread the pork mixture over the crust. Top with the other coat. Bake for 50 minutes.
