Cauliflower Beef Curry recipe best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 6 oz canned whole tomatoes
Saute ground beef in hot olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes while breaking any lumps. Stir in cumin, salt, & chili pepper. Stir in tomatoes and cauliflower and cook for 6 minutes. Add in 1/4 cup of water and bring to a boil; cook for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
