Maple BBQ Rib Steak recipe is best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD
- 2 lb rib steak, membrane removed
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 tbsp barbecue dry rub
- 3 tbsp maple syrup, sugar-free
Preheat the oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a bowl, mix avocado oil and maple syrup and brush the mixture onto the meat. Sprinkle BBQ rub all over the ribs. Put them in the baking sheet and bake until the meat is tender and crispy on the top, 2 1/2 hours. Serve with buttered broccoli and greens.
