Rosemary Onion Soup

Rosemary Onion Soup recipe is best when topped with 1-2 Servings of Lucy’s Red Hot CBD 


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sliced white onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp almond flour
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 sprigs chopped rosemary
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese


Heat butter and olive oil in a pot over medium heat and saute onions and garlic for 7-8 minute. Reduce the heat to low and cook further for 8 minutes. Stir in almond flour, white wine, salt, pepper, and rosemary and pour in 2 cups water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in almond milk and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir to melt the cheese and spoon into a serving bowl. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and serve.
